Type: Part-Time to Full-Time, Monday to Friday, with some Saturdays

About the Role:
Are you a highly organized, proactive individual with a passion for healthcare? We're looking for a Medical Office Coordinator to ensure our office runs like a well-oiled machine. You’ll be the heartbeat of our practice, managing everything from patient relations to office logistics, all while ensuring we deliver a 5-star experience to every patient.
What You’ll Do:
- Be the Face of TexasAllergyMD: Greet patients with a smile, handle check-ins, and ensure everyone feels welcome and cared for.
- Keep Operations Smooth: Manage scheduling, inventory, and office organization, ensuring everything is in place for a seamless patient experience.
- Support Our Team: Assist with billing, insurance verification, and staff scheduling. You’ll also coordinate meetings, events, and even birthday celebrations!
- Create a 5-Star Experience: From troubleshooting EMR issues to handling patient concerns, you’ll be the go-to person for making sure every visit is exceptional.
- Innovate and Improve: We value your ideas on how to enhance our patients' experience and keep our office running efficiently.
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years of experience in a medical office setting.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and a team-oriented mindset.
- Proficiency with Google Suite; experience with medical billing and EMR systems is a plus.
- High energy, enthusiasm, and a passion for patient care.
